Everyday camp routine, with a local touch

During the camp, participants receive three meals a day: breakfast, dinner with dessert, and supper.

Meals are served in the canteen in Kortowo, which during the academic year is a popular place for students of the University of Warmia and Mazury. It is a practical and well-organised part of everyday camp life.

For international guests, it may be helpful to know that in Poland dinner is usually the main meal of the day. It is generally more filling than supper and often consists of two parts, with dessert included. Supper is usually lighter, which is quite typical in Poland.

There are also bars in Kortowo and a grocery shop open from Monday to Saturday, so participants have access to additional options if needed.

Drinking water is easily available in Kortowo. Tap water is safe to drink, and there are also several public water points around the campus where participants can refill their bottles during the day.
