The residence hall is 5 stories high (ground floor plus 4 floors) with an elevator.
Sharing areas available to guests include a laundry room (additional fee for each laundry), a TV room, a meeting room, and a small gym.
At the special request of organized groups (teams), a chaperone can be provided with access to the kitchen.
